Throughout the 2018-2019 academic year, the Liturgy Office will be hosting a series of workshops entitled “Pray the Mass!” These presentations will explore the rich spirituality of the Mass and offer practical tips to help attendees get more out of every celebration of Mass. Particular focus will be given to finding new points of inspiration in the Mass, praying through distractions, and connecting Sunday Mass more closely to one’s life throughout the week:
Saturday, October 13, 10-11:30am – Finding the Hidden Treasures in Every Mass
Saturday, November 10, 10-11:30am – Spiritual Workouts to Get Fit for Mass
Saturday, January 26, 10-11:30am – Listen Up!: God is Speaking to You at Mass
Saturday, April 6, 10-11:30am – Unlocking the Secrets of the Eucharistic Prayer
Saturday, May 11, 10-11:30am – Expanding Your Communion Consciousness
All workshops will be presented at Saint Joseph’s Seminary by Father Matthew Ernest, S.T.D., professor of liturgy at the Seminary and director of the Liturgy Office. The registration fee for each of these talks is $10, and registration is open now at the Liturgy Office website.
